My First Step into Storytelling and Website Building
Hi everyone,
Welcome to my very first blog post! I’m so excited to start sharing my journey into the world of storytelling and website building with you all. This is a whole new venture for me, and I must admit, it’s been a mix of excitement, nerves, and a lot of learning—but so far, it’s been absolutely worth it.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by stories. Whether it was getting lost in books, movies, or even daydreams, storytelling has always been a way for me to connect with the world and explore endless possibilities. Now, I’m taking the leap to create my own stories and share them with you. It feels incredible to finally bring these ideas to life, and I’m learning so much about the craft as I go.
At the same time, I’ve been diving into the technical side of things—building this website from scratch. I’ll admit, I had no clue where to start at first. Terms like “SEO,” “sitemaps,” and “responsive design” were completely foreign to me just a few months ago. But thanks to research (and a lot of trial and error), I’ve started to figure things out. Seeing the website come together piece by piece has been so rewarding, and I’m proud of how far it’s come already.
The best part? I’m starting to feel like I’m creating a space where my stories can truly shine. My goal is to make this website not just a hub for my projects, but also a place where readers and storytellers alike can feel inspired, entertained, and connected.
It’s still early days, and I know there’s so much more to learn and improve. But I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished so far, and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me.
If you’re just starting out on your own creative journey—whether it’s writing, building a website, or pursuing a dream—I want to say: take that leap. The process might feel overwhelming at first, but every little step forward is something to celebrate.
Thank you for being here and joining me on this adventure. I can’t wait to share my stories with you and hear your thoughts. There’s so much more to come, so stay tuned!
Until next time,
Paul Iddon.
